STORY
Nestled in the Los Altos highlands of Mexico, Arandas is widely regarded as the soul of artisanal tequila production. The red clay soil, the altitude, the climate all shape the flavor of the blue agave grown there in ways no other region can replicate. JP found partners in Ricardo Martin Torres, owner and master distiller at Distilaria Casa de Alma. Together, they developed a flavor profile that is smooth, complex, and unmistakably rooted in the land and culture that raised it.
